What You'll Do: 

  • Transactional Support: Assist with the negotiation, preparation, and administration of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and financing documents
  • Title & Due Diligence: Review title commitments, surveys, consultant reports, and other due diligence materials to ensure smooth land transactions
  • Land Closings: Prepare for and manage land acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Corporate & Compliance Matters: Support general corporate compliance, assist with business entity formation and maintenance, and oversee department projects
  • Construction Agreements: Help draft and administer construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, and consultant contracts
  • Legal Operations Support: Organize legal records, coordinate meetings, track CLEs, and handle other administrative tasks as needed 

What You Bring: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department (residential or commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title review, and and land use matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis). 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines ina fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
  • A Paralegal Certificate with an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
